When doing routine maintenance on an upstairs toilet I found an issue with the water line and valve that runs to the toilet and recognized that this could quickly turn into a very serious issue. Knowing that this specific repair was outside of my wheelhouse, I called Abbey (after 5pm) and immediately had someone on the line with me. Within a few short hours, they arrived at my home, quickly remedied the issue, charged a fair price, and were gone. It’s not often that I go out of my way to sing praise but in this case it’s well deserved! Very prompt, professional, and wonderful to deal with. I know who I’ll call the next time I need help!

Twice Dan Abbey has bailed me out. Once, when a water heater blew between Christmas and New Years. The second time, when the air compressor on my AC unit goes 86 smack in the middle of a July heatwave.

I am a DIY guy, however I was very leary about the existing plumbing it dated back 50 years to when rthe house was built. The shut off valves broke while installing the sink and faucet for our newly renovated kitchen when I tried to install them. I called Abbey plumbing Monday morning they came out that afternoon working around my work schedule and within 2 hours had repaired the flawed plumbing tht was in place and had my new sink and faucet set. I plan to use them on my kids bathroom faucet replacement.

What an awesome company! We have an old AC unit. Thought we were going to be without AC for rest of summer as it was not cooling well. Efrain came out, told me the unit froze up and told me how to thaw it. Came back to clean both inside and outside could and managed to get it kicking out cold air.
